Quick Guide
FOR ANDROID USERS:
HTC, Google Pixel, OnePlus,Xiaomi & other Android devices without 3.5mm jack use Type C USB to 3.5mm Adapter
PoP voice Microphone was designing as plug & play for Apple device. It is fully compatible with iPhone ,ipod, even MacBook Air and Windows smartphones. In most cases it also qorks perfectly with Android device. However , there were some cases that smartphone was not recongize an external microphone and only saw its buil-in one, please follow up below step for the guidence.
FOR iPhone 11,11PRO,MAX,X, 8, 8 Plus, 7, 7 Plus USERS:
you will need 3.5mm TRRS plug to lightning charging cable adapter. Please note that only a Lightning to 3.5mm Jack Adapter gotten from Apple is 100%confirmedto work with an external microphone.
FOR LAPTOP USERS:
you will need a black adapter which comes with the mic to connect.Please do not use the black adapter on your phone. It is not a phone adapter.
