This lavalier microphone is compatible with most Android phones. In most cases it also qorks perfectly with Android device. However , there were some cases that smartphone was not recongize an external microphone and only saw its buil-in one, please follow up below step for the guidence.Step 1：Search & Install <open camera>from Google play
Step 2：Start & Change application modes from photo to viedo then option button
Step 3：Go to the Audio source
Step 4：Go to the Video settings
Step 5：Choose External Mic

For iphone 7 above version, you will need to connect the lightning cable（Not included).Please note that the adapter needs to be fully connected when connecting the microphone until you hear the "Click" sound. Because the microphone and the adapter are not fully connected, the microphone will not work on the iphone.

If the microphone does not work, we advise you try the below methods to test:

1.Please be sure that the mic plug is FULLY plugged in;

2.please unplug the mic before you play recording. (important)

3.When the microphone is plugged into the jack,if it doestn’t work,try turning it back and forth.

4.please try the microphone with another phone or device (your friend’s iphone,for instance).

After connecting the device, try to rotate the microphone plug before recording. If the sound quality is still not good after trying, please contact PoP voice support for a replacement.

For windows 10pc or notebook, you need to connect the black adapter that comes with the microphone. Please note that the adapter needs to be fully connected when connecting the microphone until you hear the "Click" sound. Because the microphone and the adapter are not fully connected, the microphone will not work on the computer or laptop.

First of all, make sure to charge it sufficiently.Secondly, make sure to use TRRS cable for smart phones, which is marked as "PHONE”. For the laptop, one marked as "CAMERA" which is TRS cable. If you are using an app, such as filmic pro, go to audio settings for the app and select proper input.

This may be caused by poor contact. Please rotate the adapter or receiver left and right. And you can turn off the transmitter and receiver, and then perform the pairing operation again to see if it works normally. If the sound quality is still not good, try adjusting the frequency on the transmitter.

When YY-T1 wireless microphone is plugged into the device, the speaker will be automatically blocked. You need to unplug the microphone to listen to the recording.

Please check whether the transmitter and receiver have been charged. If you have confirmed that it is fully charged, it may be that the black charging adapter is broken. You can contact PoP voice support to obtain a new black charging adapter.
